I photographed performance artist Imma to change the notion of gender standards.
For me the most beautiful people in this world are the ones that have that unique courage to be themselves. And this is one of many reasons why I captured these series of images.
I wanted to express my own sense of beauty and gender standards by firstly exploring the idea of being so overwhelmed by fashion, that it becomes a performative act.
